When you transfer your equipment to perform work you will get the original purchase order (sample). By signing the work order, you agree to the terms of the agreement. Subsequently, you can monitor the performance of the work process, to agree to carry out works or to refuse such by on the order site (link).

     
 

Diagnostic work - is the most important step in the repair work, because correct detected defect can help quickly and efficiently repair your equipment. Average time of diagnostic work in our service center is 1-2 days.

     
 

After detecting the fault, determine the cost of repair work, the timing of such work, you will be contacted by our specialist and get full information by your order. If necessary, a specialist can give you recommendations on liquidity of repair and further use of equipment.

After receiving all the necessary information, you may consider its decision on the repair. The decision-making has limitations in 6 months.

     
 

You can give consent for repairs on the page of your order (link), via E-mail , by telephone, or in person at our service center.

     
 

During work our specialists will perform the entire list of agreed works. After repairs for repaired module will be performed the stress-test. This eliminates failure in the future

Issuance of customer equipment carried out on the territory of the service center after full payment. Upon receipt of equipment you need to present the original purchase order. Also, you get a completion certificate, payment receipt, warranty card. If you do not take away equipment within 6 months after the notification of the availability to issue, this equipment will be utilized.
